Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to deliver high-quality housing management, customer service and neighbourhood services across the L&G portfolio in the United Kingdom. You will provide a responsive, customer-focused service, manage lettings and tenancy care, coordinate repairs and keep thorough records to ensure sustainable tenancies.
You’ll work as part of a dedicated L&G contract team, supporting contractual obligations and performance standards while engaging.
