You will be supporting the Planning Officers with the effective planning and co‑ordination of the repairs service. To maximise productivity, ensuring appointments are made and kept and right first time across our in‑house operational resource. Sustaining a strong customer focus, ensuring service standards are maintained to increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage repairs for in‑house operatives to maximise productivity and reduce/recover out of target jobs.
- Ensure appointments are made and kept within agreed service standards and KPIs, keeping customers informed with any changes to the schedule within a timely manner.
- Schedule jobs based on priority, skill set, availability, location and customer needs, utilising relevant contractors when required.
- Update housing management and scheduling systems with accuracy in record keeping in real time.
- Point of contact for colleagues for repair related queries ensuring effective use of the telephony system for both inbound and outbound calls with a professional manner.
- Maintain a strong customer focus to promote excellence in customer satisfaction and enable first time fix resolution wherever possible.
- Working to support the wider planning team as and when required.
