What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver a high-quality plumbing repairs service across domestic properties, including bathrooms, sinks, taps and drainage systems
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, productivity and safety
  • Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules
  • Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders
  • Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers’ homes are left clean and secure
  • Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently
  • Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes

What you’ll need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues
