You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email or in person, and helping maintain safety and security of premises, staff and visitors.
You’ll handle enquiries, encourage feedback, support safeguarding, ensure building security and health & safety checks, and assist with cleaning and upkeep.
