Part time - 21 hours. To enhance our current provision and to ensure our customers are receiving a consistent and high level of support both on scheme and in the community, we are looking for a Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to work alongside our current team.
The primary duties of our Wellbeing Co-Ordinator is to arrange groups and activities which residents can engage with and develop their independence.
