What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out general building repairs including brickwork, paving, fencing, gates, unblocking drains, and associated works
  • Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules
  • Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders
  • Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers’ homes are left clean and secure
  • Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently
  • Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes

What you'll need:

  • NVQ level 2 is desirable however not essential, or equivalent recognised competency in Bricklaying/General Building
  • Experience in the built environment, ideally across multiple trades
  • Core trade experience in joinery, with working knowledge of plumbing, plastering and tiling
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to safe working practices
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams
