Location: Flexible within our operating regions of Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Yorkshire, with travel across the region as required.

Salary: Starting Salary £52,448 rising to Spot Salary £55,209 (At 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance).

We're looking for someone with the expertise and ambition to lead and improve how we manage pest control and waste-related services across our homes, schemes and neighbourhoods. This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to establish a specialist approach that supports safer, cleaner and better managed homes and communities.

You'll provide technical leadership across pest and waste control, oversee contractor performance, support effective responses to complex cases, influence service standards and drive improvements in quality, compliance and value for money across our group stock.

You'll be an experienced pest, waste or environmental services professional with strong technical knowledge, contract management expertise and the confidence to challenge, influence and drive continuous improvement. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about making a positive difference to the customers and communities we serve.
