What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the clearance of properties at the end of tenancies, including removal of household items and waste
  • Cleaning and preparing void properties to a high standard, ensuring they are safe and ready for trade operatives
  • Carrying out mould treatment, minor damp prevention works, and removing damaged decorations
  • Clearing and maintaining internal and external areas, including gardens, and removing waste from other trades for appropriate disposal
  • Maintaining accurate waste disposal records in line with policies and procedures
  • Treating customers’ homes with respect, working safely at all times, and reporting any concerns
  • Looking after equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working order
  • Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules
  • Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders
  • Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers’ homes are left clean and secure
  • Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently
  • Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes

What you’ll need:

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Comfortable working in a physically active and practical environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to safe working practices
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential
