Clean and Clear Operative Salary- £25,552 Location- Blackpool Full time, Permanent You will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment, painting and minor damp prevention in tenants properties and empty properties, you will also be responsible for clearing and cleaning empty properties (voids) including external spaces and outside of the property this will include checking and clearing loft spaces, removing all furniture, white goods, carpets and general waste. What youll be doing Applying mould treatment. Treating low level damp. Removing defective decoration damage by mould. You will assist with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customers tenancy coming to an end. You will maintain a high standard off cleanliness within the homes you are responsible for; making sure it meets health & safety requirements and is left in a suitable state for trade operatives to work in.
