The Role
If you are a great communicator who is trustworthy and reliable to provide compassionate care with empathy for the adults they support, they’d love to hear from you. No experience or qualifications? No problem. They will train, develop and support you to quickly get up and running to safely improve local lives and become a valued member of their care family. They’d love to also hear from you if you have bags of healthcare experience!
You must be a vehicle owner/driver with a caring heart, great English communication and offer some evening and/or weekend availability. They can offer you peace of mind with guaranteed hours. And though they do not have an employment sponsorship licence, they are happy to discuss you working 20 additional hours if you are here on sponsorship with another provider. Self-employed candidates are welcome to apply.
