If so, then this role is for you! Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a Supporter Relations Administrator for a 3 month fixed term contract. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours).
Key Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support and to be the central point of contact for GOSH supporters taking part in our Autumn Challenge Events and Race for the Kids flagship event. The ideal candidate will have solid and demonstrable administration experience of working in a busy office environment and will need to be an excellent team player with strong organisation skills, willingness to go above and beyond and the ability to communicate effectively with members of the public.
This role is fixed term for three months, expected start date 3rd of August 2026 until 16th October 2026.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You will be enthusiastic about working with the public to inspire their support and are able to provide an excellent supporter experience for fundraisers and donors alike. The ideal candidate will also have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage a variety of supporters.
- A calm and professional manner.
- Experience of working with databases, with attention to detail and good data management that will drive supporter engagement.
- Excellent collaboration skills who enjoys working with colleagues across fundraising.
- A real passion for working in public fundraising and delivering engaging and inspiring supporter experiences.
