Are you an insights driven senior digital marketer with expertise across paid media? Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join us. This is a key role where you'll lead a team who are responsible for delivering effective digital marketing campaigns and informing our fundraising and brand campaigns.
The salary for this position is £47,211 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 4 direct reports and ensure effective delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with our media agency and fundraising colleagues to deliver all digital marketing (paid search, display, paid social, video).
- Test and pilot new fundraising products, propositions in house, using a structured test and learn approach.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Strategically advise on project management, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their priorities.
- Manage resource and delivery of campaigns and projects with internal stakeholders.
- Understand and prioritise competing demands.
- Previous experience planning multi-channel campaigns across paid social, paid search, video and display.
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Previous experience running and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta) with appetite to test and scale emerging channels such as TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of the role of search marketing within an integrated digital strategy, with hands‐on experience managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and the Google Display Network.
