We're looking for a Creative Team Operations Coordinator to help keep our in-house Creative Team running smoothly and effectively. You'll be at the heart of the team's day-to-day operations – managing incoming design requests, coordinating schedules and resources, working with colleagues across the Charity and Hospital, and helping ensure creative projects are delivered on time. It's a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy workload, building strong relationships and finding better ways to get things done.

To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll be the first point of contact for design requests from across the Charity and Hospital, helping colleagues navigate the creative process and making sure briefs are clear and complete.

- Coordinate schedules and negotiate realistic delivery timelines with stakeholders.
- Keep an eye on workloads and capacity, highlighting risks and recommending how resources can best be used.
- Coordinate freelancers and agency support.
- Produce workflow and capacity reporting.
- Manage digital assets and files.
- Coordinate print buying, supplier quotes and production schedules.
- Support with artwork amendments and production tasks where required.
- Manage supplier invoices, expenditure reconciliation and budget tracking.
