You will be at the forefront of delivering an outstanding supporter experience at the highest standards. You will communicate with supporters, take donations and registrations, thank donors, and respond to complaints in line with our donor journeys.
A Basic DBS check is required. Salary is £33,500 per annum with a hybrid pattern of 2 days in the office.
