Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for an Events Executive to join our virtual events team. This is a 9-month fixed term contract, and you’ll support the delivery of our portfolio of virtual fundraising events. The salary for this position is £31,251 pro rata and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of our portfolio of virtual fundraising events including our series of Facebook Challenges and The Great Family Walk.
- Build and optimise email journeys that nurture, motivate and retain event participants.
- Deliver exceptional supporter experience for all virtual events participants.
- Deliver insight led stewardship and support journeys across our virtual events.
- Managing and moderating Facebook groups, helping to grow and engage supporter communities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Some previous experience working on digital campaigns or events.
- Confident using data and insight to inform decisions and improve supporter experience.
- Experience using digital platforms, especially social media.
- Any experience using online fundraising tools is beneficial.
- Experience building email journeys.
- Highly organised.
