Position Summary
Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruiting function for Great Northern Corporation – Twin Cities location. This role is responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service, Administrative Support, and project coordination for the Human Resources department. This position will utilize superior communications skills and professionalism to coordinate the recruiting process from start to finish. Duties include coordinating all aspects of recruiting, selection and/or hiring of new employees; developing relationships to improve recruiting and retention effectiveness; perform special projects; prepare and submit reports.
All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the company’s Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers.
Pay/Schedule

  • Compensation is dependent upon experience and qualifications
  • Regular schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm
  • This is a full-time and in office position
