Key Responsibilities
- Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient bar service during busy service periods
- Restock and maintain the bar stock with glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and back-of-house areas
- Collect and clean glassware promptly during service
- Assist the bartenders with the preparation of ingredients and basic drink elements
- Contribute to the set-up and breakdown of the bar before and after service

- Previous barback or bar assistant in a fast-paced, quality venue is preferred
