Lead one of the most innovative neurodivergent crisis support services in the UK. GMT are seeking an experienced, values-driven and ambitious senior leader to become our Head of Tier 3.5 Services & CQC Registered Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a pioneering trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and community-based crisis prevention model supporting autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, adults and families with complex mental health and social care needs.
GMT’s Tier 3.5 and Intensive Support Services work across education, health and social care systems to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, support safe discharge pathways, stabilise crisis presentations and create sustainable community-based outcomes. The successful candidate will hold operational and regulatory responsibility for GMT’s CQC registered services, including our Intensive Support Team provision under our TDDI registration requirements, whilst also leading the wider strategic and operational delivery of Tier 3.5 services.
This is not a traditional care management role. We are looking for someone who can balance:

Training and support will be provided around GMT’s unique model and neurocognitive framework. The Head of Tier 3.5 Services & CQC Registered Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across GMT’s Tier 3.5 and Intensive Support Services. The post holder will:
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager for GMT’s regulated activities
- Oversee compliance, governance and quality assurance
- Lead operational teams across services
- Provide leadership during complex crisis situations
- Support workforce development
- Ensure services remain aligned with GMT’s vision, mission and values
The role will also work in partnership with the Head of the Intensive Support Team to oversee the Intensive Support Team under GMT’s TDDI registration requirements and ensure compliance with all associated regulatory frameworks.
