The George in Rugby is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to guide a welcoming team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You’ll work with the pub management to uphold service standards, oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, and create a warm, sociable atmosphere for all customers.
Ideal candidates will be 18+ due to alcohol licensing and have a passion for hospitality, teamwork and giving guests great value. This is a hands-on role in a busy community pub.
