Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member:
- Assisting with food preparation.
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
- Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
- Overseeing deliveries.
- Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
- Working with the team to achieve company targets.

The Owain Glyndwr is an iconic, traditional pub in the middle of Cardiff City Centre. We are famous for showing a wide range of Live Sport across our 30 screens.
