Great Lakes Management is seeking a skilled, qualified, and passionate RN as a part-time Corporate Nurse - RN. This fast-paced role will be responsible for consulting at sites when nurse coverage is needed while hiring new employees, for oversight of processes and training success at the site level, skills assessments of front-line staff, and additional collaborations with duties as assigned by the Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This position will require travel between our 12 Assisted Living and Memory Care sites, working 16 - 24 hours per week.

Float RN Responsibilities:
- RN assures residents maintain admission criteria, reassess, and recommend alternative placement if necessary.
- Monitors and maintains resident charts and clinical progress notes.
- Communicates to physicians and other personnel of changes in resident's needs or conditions.
- Assures that medication administration procedures are followed properly and discusses any needed corrections, errors, etc., with staff.
- Promotes a positive, team approach and a healthy work environment.
Float RN Qualifications:
- Valid MN RN license, unrestricted.
- Valid MN driver's license.
- Ability to self-start and follow through with initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and has a track record of accountability.
- One year of AL experience preferred but not required.
- Management experience a plus.
