One of our clients are looking for a Marketing Executive/Manager to join their team. The group’s specialist purchasing division focused on the leisure and hospitality sector. We work with a wide range of hospitality businesses, helping them operate more efficiently and profitably. The Role
We’re looking for a commercially-driven, highly-creative Marketing Manager to lead and deliver integrated B2B marketing activity that supports business growth, strengthens brand awareness and generates high-quality new business opportunities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong all-round marketing experience who enjoys balancing strategic planning with execution. You’ll work closely with their leadership and field sales team, as well as being part of the wider group marketing function, to deliver data-led campaigns, targeted account-based marketing initiatives, engaging content and measurable commercial outcomes. Due to our sector specialism, previous experience within hospitality, leisure or foodservice would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events and content marketing
- Develop lead generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and support commercial targets
- Manage campaign planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting
- Account-Based Marketing
- Develop targeted ABM strategies for key sectors, prospects and high-value accounts
- Internal
- Create personalised buyer journeys and tailored marketing approaches for high-priority opportunities
- Partner closely with leadership, business development and field sales teams to support pipeline development and lead conversion
- Produce compelling pitch decks and presentations, marketing collateral and campaigns, facilitate case studies and manage all customer communications
- Ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial priorities and sales cycles
- Brand & Content Strategy
- Help define and strengthen the companies brand positioning as industry leaders in supporting the hospitality and leisure market
- Lead the creation of engaging B2B content across multiple channels
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice and visual identity
- Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage digital marketing activity including email campaigns, website content, SEO, GEO, social media and paid advertising
- Use CRM systems, marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimise ROI
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness and commercial impact.

- Ability to create engaging B2B content and compelling brand messaging
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimise performance
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Hospitality industry knowledge or understanding would be highly advantageous
