Company Description
Our client is a fast-growing digital agency with teams in the UK and US. They work at the intersection of talent management and digital marketing, helping creators, influencers, and brands grow and stand out on social media. From building strategies and campaigns to delivering measurable results, they give their clients the creative and operational support they need to scale. Their focus is on delivering impact - the right content, on the right platform, to the right audience. As one of the leading social-first agencies worldwide, they are building the future of how creators and brands succeed online, both in the adult industry and with mainstream influencers. They operate with high standards, fast feedback loops, and clear accountability. They are not corporate. They are not chaotic. They are structured, agile, and performance-driven.
Role Description
They are looking for a Marketing Lead to join their UK team and play a hands-on role in driving client success. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and take ownership of campaigns, client relationships, and team coordination. This role will see you working closely with creators, clients, and their internal content strategists to ensure the right content is produced for each platform, while also managing the delivery of projects internally. The ideal candidate will be confident across social media and digital campaigns, highly organised, and ready to step up quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies for assigned client accounts, ensuring each strategy aligns with the client’s brand positioning, growth objectives, and target audience.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee platform-specific content strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and measurable performance across key social channels.
- Client Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining regular communication and ensuring clients remain informed on strategy, campaign progress, and performance.
- Build strong working relationships with clients by providing clear updates, managing expectations, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Reporting & Performance Insights
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing, providing regular updates on campaign progress, performance metrics, and operational developments.
- Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve results across accounts.
- Campaign & Project Management
- Manage marketing campaigns and projects from initial planning through to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain clear project timelines, priorities, and task ownership across campaigns.
- Team Coordination
- Coordinate and delegate tasks across small internal teams including content creators, editors, and schedulers to ensure smooth execution and consistent output quality.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with campaign objectives, deadlines, and platform requirements.
- Campaign Delivery & Optimisation
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, monitoring performance closely and making adjustments where necessary to maximise results.
- Ensure campaigns are executed in a structured, organised manner with clear accountability and performance tracking.
- Work closely with content strategists and creative teams to ensure content is tailored for each platform, audience segment, and campaign objective.
- Ensure that messaging, format, and posting cadence support both engagement and measurable growth across client accounts.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident using analytics and reporting tools such as native insights and Google Analytics.
- Organised and confident handling multiple clients and campaigns at once.
- Basic content creation skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of social media branding and omni-channel marketing.
- Basic understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to align social media activity with wider business goals.
