A Global client we support are looking for a UK based Regional Marketing Manager to join their team. You'll be responsible for:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking events, as well as platforms such as Cognism and Dripify.
- Identify potential clients who align with their target audience.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate UK events strategy, including conferences, webinars, and potential partnerships.
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns for EMEA that align with their global marketing objectives and support the EMEA sales team.
- Manage the EMEA social media strategy, aligned with global strategies, to drive leads, engagement, and awareness.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to roll out campaigns for the UK where appropriate.
- Create a multi-channel referral and reactivation campaign to drive UK registrations.
- Attend monthly workshops in London.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices in the entrepreneurial coaching industry.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and localise marketing content for the EMEA audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
- Work closely with the UK team and regional sales leader to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
We also want you to have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in lead generation and/or marketing, ideally within the coaching or professional development sector.
- Strong understanding of online marketing and social media strategies.
- Experience in planning/managing events.
- Highly organised and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and helping others to succeed.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Cognism and Dripify is a plus.
- Understanding of the UK and European market.
- Based remotely with monthly travel to London.
