Head of Content & Storytelling

One of our clients within the Photo/Printing industry are looking for a Head of Content & Storytelling to join their expanding team.

Their flagship product is a daily photo journaling app that helps people capture their lives one photo at a time, and then brings those moments to life in print. In just a short time since launch, they\’ve grown to daily active users across 21 countries, and their ambition is bold: to become the #1 platform for printing photos in Europe & the USA.

This is an incredibly exciting stage of their journey – we’re scaling fast, expanding their user base, and pushing hard to make them a household name.

Head of Content & Storytelling

What you\’ll do:

• Set the strategy: Define and execute a cross-channel content and brand playbook.
• Own the calendar: Plan, publish, and iterate on regular content that speaks to their community and mission.
• Create and curate: Work with internal and external creators (writers, designers, videographers) to bring ideas to life.
• Build a brand people love: You’re not just posting – you’re storytelling, engaging, educating, and sparking conversation.
• Measure and iterate: Use insights to learn what’s working and refine accordingly.
• Collaborate deeply: Work directly with the founder and wider team on marketing, partnerships, and product launches.

We think you\’ll be great if:

• You’ve led or played a key role in content strategy at a startup, creative agency, or media brand.
• You know how to tailor content to different platforms (especially TikTok, IG, and LinkedIn).
• You’re excited to build from scratch and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up.
• You’re comfortable with editing software like CapCut or similar.
• You can think like a strategist but execute like a creator.
• You believe in the power of community and storytelling over hard selling.
• You care about building something meaningful – not just clickbait.
