We’re a personal branding agency working with some of the UK’s most high‑profile leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs. Our focus is helping clients build influence through social media and content – primarily on LinkedIn.
We’re at a pivotal stage in our growth and are looking for a Head of LinkedIn Content to take full ownership of how we deliver on the platform. Setting the standard for what “great” looks like and ensuring our clients consistently outperform.
As Head of LinkedIn Content, you’ll be responsible for the quality, performance, and strategic direction of all LinkedIn content across the agency. You’ll be deeply immersed in how LinkedIn actually works: what formats are performing now, how the algorithm behaves, what top creators are doing differently, and how to apply that insight to senior leaders with credibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all LinkedIn content delivery across multiple high‑profile client accounts.
- Brief, manage, and oversee content output – ensuring every post meets a world‑class standard.
- Own LinkedIn content strategy: formats, ideas, experimentation.
- Review and sign off content ensuring relevance with client strategy and platform‑native execution.
- Stay relentlessly close to the LinkedIn algorithm, performance shifts, and creator trends and translate these into our client work.
- Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and reporting with a strong performance lens.
- Turn data into insight: explain why content is working (or not) and what to do next.
- Act as the senior client contact for LinkedIn knowledge.
- Partner closely with the Founder and Strategy Director on client strategy, positioning, and execution.
This is a role for someone who knows LinkedIn inside out and can lead others to execute at that level.
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep, hands‑on expertise in LinkedIn content – this is essential.
- A strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm.
- Proven experience leading content or social teams (agency or in‑house).
- Excellent editorial judgement – you can spot weak content instantly and know how to elevate it.
- Clear awareness of what top LinkedIn creators and founders are doing that’s working right now.
- Confident interpreting analytics and using them to guide strategy, not just report results.
- Structured, organised, and reliable in delivery.
- Natural curiosity about social media and business/entrepreneurship.
What Success Looks Like:
- Clients are consistently outperforming their previous LinkedIn performance.
- Content feels sharp, attention‑grabbing, and strong client positioning across the board.
- Great Influence feels ahead of the curve on the platform.
- Clients see you as the authority on LinkedIn execution.
Why Join Us:
- Career‑defining role: step into a senior leadership position with input over how the business operates.
- Ownership upside: you’ll be included in our company share scheme and share in the value you help create.
- High‑profile work: partner directly with founders and leaders at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Growth journey: Company share scheme — own part of what you’re building.
- Life Admin Half Day — half a paid day off each month to handle life stuff.
Seniority level: Mid to Senior Level.
Employment type: Full‑time.
Job function: Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing.
