About You
The successful candidate will supplement and enhance the strong, established, and supportive school environment, and will be a dynamic, forward-thinking individual with a real drive to enhance students' experience in the classroom. We seek an ambitious professional with the ability to teach across the key stages, who can lead curriculum development, progress and enhance the teaching practice of others within the academy and beyond. You will play a lead role in curriculum development and in shaping the teaching practice of your colleagues. Great Heath Academy is a well-led, mutually supportive team, with a strong commitment to improving standards. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and be supported by the teaching and learning team and a strong Senior Leadership Team.
