Hours: 12.5 hours per week / 43 weeks per year (Term time only plus 4 weeks) (Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 6:00pm)

Scale: NJC 3

Actual Salary: Β£7,944 per annum / FTE: Β£24,795 per annum (pending pay award)

Great Heath Academy are looking to appoint an individual to undertake day to day cleaning and sanitisation of the building and facilities, always ensuring Health & Safety compliance. The successful candidate will join our academy which is dynamic and inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.

To succeed, you will have previous experience in a similar environment with basic cleaning methods and the use of equipment. You will have a good standard of literacy and numeracy and the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team. We are keen to secure a positive Cleaning Operative who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive cleaning team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a Catering Supervisor, and strong SLT.
