Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Trainee Installer / Fitter\’s Mate at Great Harwood Windows in Blackburn. The role will involve assisting with the installation and fitting of windows, doors, and with UPVC and aluminium products. Daily tasks will include learning installation techniques, assisting with measurements, and providing support to experienced installers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in construction or similar field would be preferred but not essential
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools would be preferred but not essential
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely
• Previous experience in window or door installation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
