To be a successful part of our Front of House team as a Team Leader—working across Reception, Bar, and Restaurant—you will need to confidently handle a wide range of guest-facing duties. This includes welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs at Reception, as well as taking orders, preparing drinks, and delivering table service in our Restaurant and Bar.
To thrive as a Front of House Team Leader you will bring:
- A positive, can-do approach and genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
- Confidence using systems, including tills, taking guest orders and completing check-ins and check-outs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a lively, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in a hospitality Front of House setting; previous leadership experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lead, inspire, train a team, helping maintain high standards whilst being fair and consistent.
- A willingness to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
