- Previous experience in a hotel, pub, or restaurant kitchen

What you'll be doing as our Line Chef:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to company recipes and standards
- Delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and care
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Organising, labelling, and maintaining kitchen storage areas
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and rotation
- Reducing wastage and helping maximise efficiency
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
