We’re looking for a Chef De Partie (CDP) to join our passionate Kitchen team at Great Hallingbury Manor and take the next exciting step in their hospitality career. What You’ll Get Stuck Into as our CDP:
- Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section- great food, every time!
- Follow Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section
- Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade- Sous/ Head Chef- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
