Location: Cherry Lane Southview Garden Centre, Great Yarmouth
Management experience is not essential. Full training is provided.
Availability:
- Sat & Sun availability essential
- Weekends in Nov
- 5-6 days per week in Dec

Responsibilities:
We\'re looking for a confident & friendly Team Leader to oversee Santa, his Elves, and the smooth running of our Grotto.
- Demonstrating excellent customer interaction
- Ensuring families enjoy their magical Santa visit
- Selling souvenir Santa photos at the counter
- Supporting your team
- Resolving issues families may have with their visit
Daily Tasks:
- Open & close the Grotto
- Restock Santa\'s sacks
- Bank once a week
- Notify your head office Event Support Manager your staff have arrived
