Join the UK\’s leading Christmas Grotto company as a Team Leader. And help create unforgettable festive experiences for families visiting Santa

Location: Cherry Lane Southview Garden Centre, Great Yarmouth

Management experience is not essential. Full training is provided.

Availability:

• Sat & Sun availability essential
• Weekends in Nov
• 5-6 days per week in Dec

Responsibilities:

We\’re looking for a confident & friendly Team Leader to oversee Santa, his Elves, and the smooth running of our Grotto.

• Demonstrating excellent customer interaction
• Ensuring families enjoy their magical Santa visit
• Selling souvenir Santa photos at the counter
• Supporting your team
• Resolving issues families may have with their visit

Daily Tasks:

• Open & close the Grotto
• Restock Santa\’s sacks
• Bank once a week
• Notify your head office Event Support Manager your staff have arrived
