Great Foods UK is seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Receptionist & Office Coordinator to support our Reading office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys keeping an office structured and running smoothly.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries, while also playing a key role in organizing product samples and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup when required
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception and office environment
- Receive and log incoming mail, courier deliveries, and shipments
- Coordinate outgoing courier and sample shipments
- Keep office supplies organized and reorder when needed
- Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document handling
- Receive, label, and log all incoming food product samples
- Organize samples clearly by product, customer, and date
- Prepare and dispatch samples for customers, sales teams, and partners
- Maintain accurate sample records and ensure traceability
- Keep the samples storage area clean, structured, and well maintained
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
