Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist. Based in Reading, the role allows for a blend of on-site and remote work. The specialist will handle daily HR responsibilities, including:
- Managing HR policies
- Coordinating employee benefits
- Overseeing personnel management processes
- Hiring a dedicated sales team
- Supporting HR management initiatives
- Contributing to workforce planning, compliance, and employee relations
Qualifications
