About the role
- Extend a welcoming experience for our clients
- Carry out a variety of treatments
- Follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance), Forbes, and brand standards
- Be fully trained and aware of the treatment menu and products
- Assess guest needs through thorough consultation prior to treatment
- Adhere to the operating procedures of Chuan Body + Soul
- Promote spa and body care products as well as treatments
- Ensure all treatment rooms are set up according to standard prior to the treatment
- Maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and the hotel in general
About you
- Experience in a similar position and environment, with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
- Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent (a professional background in beauty therapy and a Spa/Beauty qualification in CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/ NVQ/ VTCT is desirable)
- Certification in facial and massage therapy is essential
- Ideally, knowledge of Chinese 5 elements, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Hydrafacial treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm and caring attitude towards the health and well-being of clients
- Drive to work towards targets in treatment and retail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good time management skills
