Our client, a medical device manufacturer is seeking a Reverse Reach Forklift Operator to start as soon as possible in Scarborough.
Location: Scarborough, ON (McNicoll & Markham)
Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $20 β 22/hr based on experience
Start date: As soon as possible
Job duties:
- Responsible for using Toyota Reverse Reach to handle the movement of raw materials into the production areas
- Retrieve and organize totes, pallets, carts, etc. as required.
- Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigates discrepancies or adjust errors.
- Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must have Reach, scissor lift and working-at-heights licenses
- Must have minimum 3 years of forklift experience in Toyota Reach
- Ability to do heavy lifting up to 50lbs
- Punctuality and reliability are must to have
Additionally, all qualified candidates will need to pass an on-site forklift driving test before starting the position.
