We are looking for a hardworking, target-driven Sales Consultant to join our Rugby used car showroom, Great Central Auto.

The Role

This is a comprehensive sales position focused on our used vehicle stock. You won't just be selling cars; you will be an expert in providing tailored finance packages and add-on insurance products, ensuring every customer drives away with the right protection and the best car for their needs.

Working Hours: Typical Week: Approx. 45 hours. Sundays & Bank Holidays on a rota: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. One Day off in the week.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Product Knowledge: Experience in selling used vehicles, including the presentation of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products.
  • Drive & Ambition: A real desire to be the best and a hunger to maximize every sales opportunity.
  • Team Player: While you are driven by personal targets, you must be a dedicated team player who supports the wider success of the showroom, as you will be working as part of a small close team.
  • Communication: Effective relationship-building skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Resilience: The ability to cope under pressure in a busy retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: IT literate with a full UK driving licence.

Location: Ideally living in the Rugby area with previous motor trade sales experience. Knowledge of ADP/Kerridge systems. Click Dealer Showroom Management System. Experience within a Main Dealership or Used Car operations.
