What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Director to deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice across strategic initiatives and business-as-usual activities.
- Support and collaborate with front-line project teams and central functions on a wide range of legal matters, enabling balanced risk-based decision-making.
- Manage legal workstreams independently or through external counsel, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Drive process improvements by developing standard documentation and procedures for the legal function.
