Great British Energy Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Change and Transformation) for a 9 month hybrid contract (3 days/week from London or Swindon, with occasional travel). You will partner with senior leaders to shape organisational design, workforce planning and delivery of transformation activities, ensuring compliant and strategic HR guidance across the programme.

You will lead on Employee Relations, EqIAs and risk mitigation, while developing guidance and templates to enable.
