On behalf of Mining Remediation Authority , we are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator (Inside IR35) for a 2 month part time (2 days per week 7.5 hours) hybrid contract based Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
As a Customer Support Coordinator , your main responsibilities will be: Manage and triage the Customer Service inbox.
Respond to customer and resident enquiries.
Build positive relationships with customers and residents.
Support customer engagement and feedback activities.
Help identify and resolve customer issues.
Coordinate improvement actions across services.
Promote a customer-focused, values-driven culture.
Prepare simple reports, presentations and communications.
Support wider customer experience and service improvement projects.
Work across teams in a varied and fast-paced role.
