UK Fusion Energy (UKFE) is seeking a HR People Partner (Inside IR35) for a 12-month contract based at West Burton, predominately office-based with a 3-day-per-week on-site pattern. Reporting to the Deputy Head of People, you will shape and deliver the UKFE People Strategy and partner with leaders to build capability and drive performance.
You will lead HR projects across development, engagement, wellbeing, change, culture, and reward, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and governance.
