UK Fusion Energy (UKFE) in the West Burton area is seeking an Employee Relations Manager for a 12-month contract, on-site three days per week.
You will lead UKFE's employee relations strategy, guide leaders on complex cases and workforce change, and help build a positive, compliant workplace culture.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will partner with UKFE, UKAEA and external partners to analyse trends, coach senior managers and ensure adherence to employment law and internal policies.
