The Role

We are looking for a new Production Team Lead to head our brewery team. This role involves overseeing the brew team to ensure our beers are consistently brewed and packaged to the highest standards. You will be involved in all aspects of brewing, packaging and stock control. This position requires good technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail, alongside a positive outlook towards driving quality standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising wort production on our 70HL Moeschle system.
  • Fermentation monitoring and management of finished product transfers.
  • Quality control checks and yeast management.
  • Maintaining and recording accurate brewing and packaging data and performing regular stock checks.
  • Scheduling the cleaning and sanitising of brewery and packaging equipment.
  • Overseeing packaging into cask, bag-in-box and mini keg formats.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' commercial brewing and packaging experience.
  • Knowledge of the BREWW system desired but not essential.
  • HACCP Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Forklift licence preferable but not essential.
  • IBD qualifications preferable but not essential.
