Purity Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our growing finance team at our brewery in Warwickshire. Founded in 2005 on a working farm, Purity Brewing produces a range of award-winning craft beers enjoyed across the UK. As part of a wider and expanding drinks group, we are continuing to invest in our people, systems, and processes to support long-term, sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on, senior finance role where you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while providing valuable commercial insight to support decision-making across the business in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and prepare monthly management accounts
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journals
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Analyse costs, margins, and key KPIs to support business decisions
  • Manage stock accounting and margin analysis within a manufacturing environment
  • Support year-end processes and external audits
  • Provide clear financial reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function
About You
  • Essential: Proven experience as a Management Accountant, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills
  • Experience with management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Desirable: Experience in FMCG, brewing, beverages, or manufacturing
  • Experience with stock accounting and margin analysis
