Purity Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our growing finance team at our brewery in Warwickshire. Founded in 2005 on a working farm, Purity Brewing produces a range of award-winning craft beers enjoyed across the UK. As part of a wider and expanding drinks group, we are continuing to invest in our people, systems, and processes to support long-term, sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on, senior finance role where you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while providing valuable commercial insight to support decision-making across the business in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own and prepare monthly management accounts
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyse costs, margins, and key KPIs to support business decisions
- Manage stock accounting and margin analysis within a manufacturing environment
- Support year-end processes and external audits
- Provide clear financial reporting to senior stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function
- Essential: Proven experience as a Management Accountant, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Experience with management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Desirable: Experience in FMCG, brewing, beverages, or manufacturing
- Experience with stock accounting and margin analysis
