This role is all about driving greater brand reach, volume, and profit across the On‑Trade, from independent pubs to flagship accounts with serious visibility. You’ll be the heartbeat of your region: selling with a brands‑first mindset, working closely with partner wholesalers, and making sure our products show up exactly where they should.
You’ll lead on:
- Building and managing robust customer business plans
- Identifying and winning high‑volume, high‑margin new business
- Motivating route‑to‑market partners to drive growth
- Negotiating commercially strong, profitable deals
- Sharing market intel to unlock every opportunity
- Using smart CRM‑driven planning to maximise your time and territory
