We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join the finance team at Purity Brewing Co, one of the UK’s most respected craft breweries, producing award-winning beers from our farm-based facility in the Warwickshire countryside since 2005.

About Us

Purity Brewing Co specialises in brewing high-quality, hand-crafted beers with a strong commitment to sustainability, quality and community. Our portfolio includes a range of award-winning ales and lagers enjoyed across the UK, supported by our taproom and growing B2B distribution network. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment where every team member helps drive our success and growth.

The Role

As an Experienced Credit Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent financial relationships with our business customers and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. You will:

  • Monitor and chase overdue accounts - primarily B2B customers including pubs, wholesalers, distributors and other trade partners.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers to support efficient cash flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on accounts receivable.

  • Suggest process improvements to support efficiency and reduce debtor days.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit control, ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of credit control principles, invoicing, reconciliations, and collection procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills - you’ll be working directly with B2B clients.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing a varied workload to deadlines.
  • Experience working within the beverages industry is a bonus (but not essential).

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a passionate, independent company with a proud heritage and exciting future.

  • Competitive salary and benefits.

Apply now. We look forward to hearing from you!
