The Role

As a Telesales Agent, you'll be the voice of Black Sheep Brewery, speaking with customers daily, generating sales opportunities, promoting our products, and delivering outstanding service. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
  • Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
  • Promoting new products, seasonal releases, and promotions
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Following up on leads and identifying new business opportunities
  • Working closely with the sales and operations teams
  • Helping customers choose the right products for their venues
