We're passionate about quality, personality, and doing things differently — and now we're looking for a Customer Service & Administrator to support our customers, sales team, and day-to-day business operations.

The Role As a Customer Service & Administrator, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes across the business. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally. This is a fully office-based position located at our brewery in Warwickshire.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting the sales team with administration and order management.
  • Assisting with invoicing, documentation, and general office administration.
  • Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, stock availability, and product information.
  • Managing incoming correspondence and directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents as required.
  • Working closely with the sales, operations, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Assisting with general office duties and supporting the wider business where required.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service, administration, office support, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience using CRM, order processing, or business management systems would be advantageous.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience within the food, beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
