We are looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our high-energy burger kitchen. The ideal candidate is passionate about great food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage people, processes, and quality with confidence. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining food standards, controlling costs, and creating a positive, efficient work culture. We are looking for someone with solid hands-on kitchen experience—ideally an experienced line cook who is ready to step into a leadership role or a current Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Most importantly, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, confident in taking responsibility for the kitchen during service, and flexible enough to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook burgers to order according to restaurant specifications and customer preferences
  • Season and grill meats, toast buns, and assemble burgers with precision and speed
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and cooking stations
  • Assist in prepping ingredients and other menu items as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage high-volume service smoothly
  • Take pride in presentation and ensure every burger looks and tastes great
